Refund policy

• We do not accept returns.
• If there is a problem with a plant please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and we will evaluate the situation and make it right.
• We offer a live arrival guarantee, as long as all necessary conditions are met. Heat packs and insulation are included in all orders when necessary as part of the handling fee.
• Shipping can often be rough on plants, some yellowing, wilting and minor cosmetic damage is possible and would be considered normal.
